Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

ABEL Retail LLC’s refund and return policy lasts 25 days from the date of delivery. If 25 days have passed since you received your kitchen supplies, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition—with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Examples include:

  • Unused cooking utensils with no signs of wear or damage.
  • Unopened tableware sets in their original box, with no chips or scratches.
  • Kitchen gadgets (e.g., egg beaters, timers) that are still sealed or unused, with all parts included.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery (e.g., scratched cookware, stained tableware, or disassembled gadgets).
  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable).
  • Final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page).

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, packing slip). Do not send products back to the manufacturer—all returns must be shipped to our ABEL Retail LLC address.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email support@abelretail.shop with your order number, product name, and reason for return. We’ll send a return authorization (RA) number within 2 business days.
  2.   3. Process the Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item (3–5 business days), we’ll email you to confirm refund approval. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank/credit card statement—financial institutions may take 3–5 extra days to post funds.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer to ask about pending transactions.
  3. If issues persist, email support@abelretail.shop with your order number, refund approval date, and a screenshot of your payment statement (if available).

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective (e.g., a faulty timer, a utensil with a loose handle) or incorrect item (e.g., wrong size, wrong style), contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order number—we’ll cover return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund (your choice).
